Abstract

The digital transformation of higher education has fundamentally altered the communicative landscape within which academic leaders operate, necessitating the development of novel mechanisms for cultivating communicative creativity in digitally mediated contexts. This article examines the mechanisms through which communicative creativity of higher education leaders can be developed within digital educational environments. Through systematic observation of leadership practices across institutions implementing various digital transformation strategies, this study identifies pedagogical mechanisms including digital mentoring ecosystems, virtual collaborative learning spaces, and reflective practice platforms, alongside managerial mechanisms encompassing digital governance architectures, virtual resource allocation systems, and algorithmic communication analytics. The findings demonstrate that communicative creativity in digital educational environments requires the integration of pedagogical development mechanisms with managerial technological infrastructures. The results contribute to understanding leadership development in digitally transforming higher education systems and offer practical implications for institutions in Uzbekistan and similar contexts navigating educational digitalization.
