This paper explores the use of historical elements and cultural representations in the literary works of Henry Rider Haggard. Particular emphasis is placed on the novel King Solomon’s Mines, examining its historical background, the portrayal of African culture, and the structure of its characters. The study provides a scholarly analysis of how historical context and cultural imagery are interwoven in the narrative.
