Ushbu maqolada hozirda Sirdaryo viloyati, sovet yillarida esa Toshkent viloyatiga qarashli bo‘lgan, 1955-1960-yillarda Boyovut-4 sovxoziga direktorlik qilgan Usmon Yusupovning faoliyati, u tomonidan sovxozda paxta yetishtirishni ko‘paytirish, davlatga paxta topshirish rejasini bajarish borasida amalga oshirilgan ishlar, shuningdek aholi turmush farovonligini yaxshilash va buning ortidan mehnat unumdorligini oshirishga qaratilgan chora-tadbirlar to‘g‘risida ma’lumot berilgan.

This article provides information about the activities of Usman Yusupov, who in 1955-1960 was the director of the Bayaut-4 state farm, now part of the Syrdarya region, and in the Soviet years belonged to the Tashkent region, the work he did to increase the cultivation of cotton on the state farm, the implementation of the transfer plan cotton to the state, as well as measures aimed at improving the welfare of the population and the subsequent increase in labor productivity. 78
